nice what seat? and grips? i'd say the best value for money would be superstar components grips, which are £7.99 free pnp. there lock on and you can choose your grip colour and bar end colour, there good grips i think. but at the mo im running with clark lock on grips and they were £5 free pnp and there great no problams, you can get them in white with blue bar ends which i've got lol. but either of them grips i'd go for hope that helps. i think its pointless paying like £20 for a set of grips when you can get some excalty the same for £5-£7 its just your paying for the name, they all do the same job. thats what i think lol.

i got the clear to ride again, today the guy said start of slow and built up, which is what i planned on doing anyway, so im glad im able to ride now.

will do mate not a clue atm just keep saving lol. cheers, i rode with them up and down the rode, couldnt really tell how they performed lol but there smoother than my old rc3's.

i like riding new places, i duno what ill be able to mostly when i got my own car. yeah brand new from crc, yeah i do lol, i might be buying them stem today, so i might build it up today and get some pics up

ah right, cool!!! thats good i wouldnt mind going there sometime, dose look good! they were annoying at first but im use to them now and there going well i can feel a differance, and the guy said he will let me no at our next session on the 22nd of november so hopfully then, i think it will be then casue im on no pain now, so fingers corssed. i've orderd new forks lol, just gotta get stem now. i orderd 2010 boxxer RC CL's on monday and they havnt turned up yet 
but CRC said they will be here monday/tuesday, just aswell im on half day at college on monday and got all of tuesday of lol.
